I’m Giana Gomes the founder of Trueselfhealing Online. My true purpose is to help you to reconnect with your true self, understand your mind, find the answers you seek, and achieve your best life.

 

I will empower you using different methods and tools including Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) which is based on neuroscience and combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT.

My mission is to alleviate stress, promote resilience, and empower individuals to reclaim their well-being. I am deeply committed to supporting those whose emotional needs often go unrecognized.
